Kyoto’s Public Student Dorms for International Students: Pricing, Applications & Making Japanese Friends
Many Kyoto students live in apartments on their own, but there are actually a number of facilities for student housing in the city. Living together with other students can offer a chance to meet other international students from all over the world, and to make friends with local Japanese students, too! Some dorms offer more private living situations, for those who want their own space, too.
