～キャリア形成のための日本語講座, July 2nd 2022～

みなさんこんにちは！
7月2日に「キャリア形成のための日本語講座（全3回シリーズ）」の第２回目が行われました！第2回目の講座では、元留学生で京都の企業で働く、お2人にスペシャルゲストに来ていただき、自己紹介や企業紹介をしていただきました。

今回は、月桂冠株式会社（https://www.gekkeikan.co.jp/）にお勤めの、金亦衛さんが企業紹介をしてくださいました。京都で働く魅力(みりょく)は何かという質問には、「京都は人との距離が近く、コミュニケーションが取りやすく、景色もよく住みやすいです！」とお話ししてくださいました。

私はまだ働いたことはありませんが、大学進学で京都にきたので、「人と話しやすい、景色も良くて住みやすい」という点にとても共感しました！昔ながらの街(まち)並(な)みが残っているし、なにより留学生の皆さんと活動できる事が楽しいです！今回参加された留学生の皆さんにとっても、「京都で学ぶ留学生」という同じ立場で来日され、今は京都の企業で活躍されている方からのお話はとても貴重だったのではないでしょうか。

お話の後にはグループワークをし、名刺(めいし)交換(こうかん)の練習をしたり、日本で働く外国人のケーススタディについて、自分だったらどうするかを話し合ったりしました。

名刺交換の練習をする機会(きかい)はなかなか無いので、とても良い経験(けいけん)になりました。

ケーススタディの話し合いでは、外国人、日本人、上司、新入社員などいろんな立場でディスカッションをしました。今回は全体を通して、初回のときよりもみなさんが積極的(せっきょくてき)で良い雰囲気(ふんいき)になっていましたね！今後も楽しみながら、学びながら、一緒に頑張りましょう！最終回のレポートもお楽しみに！

Hello everyone!
On July 2, KTA had the second session of “Japanese Language Course for Career Development.”

We had  special guests who studied in Kyoto (works at companies in Kyoto now), came and introduced themselves and their companies.

This time, Mr. Jin Yiwei(from China), who works in Gekkeikan Sake Co., Ltd.(https://www.gekkeikan.co.jp/english/)

When student asked what the charm of working in Kyoto, then he answered

Kyoto is close to people, easy to communicate with and has a  beautiful scenery and is easy to live in!

I haven’t work in Kyoto yet, but I came to Kyoto to go to university, so I  really sympathized with it!

Kyoto still has traditional streets, and  I enjoy having a time with international students here!

I think it was very valuable to hear from your senior who was studying in Kyoto as an international students.

After the talk session, we had a group work.

We practiced exchanging business cards and discussed what we would do about a case study of a foreigner working in Japan.

It was a very good experience for us because it’s rare to practice exchanging business cards.

During the case study, we discussed the case from various perspectives, including foreigner and Japanese working in Japan, supervisor, and new employee.

Throughout this time, everyone was more active and had a better atmosphere  than the first time! Let’s have fun and work together again! Stay tuned for the final report “Japanese Language Course for Career Development.’’
