☆留学生インターンシップ事後研修／Online Post-training for International Students Internships☆

みなさん こんにちは！
11月6日（土）に留学生スタディ京都ネットワーク主催の「留学生インターンシップ事後研修」がオンラインで行われました。

夏休み中にインターンシップに参加した皆さんの経験や、働くことについての皆さんの考えをシェアされていました。インターンシップで自身が大切だと考えるバリューワード（価値観）の整理を行い、「自分が幸せでないと心から貢献（こうけん）できない」という意見に対し、「貢献することが幸せ」という意見や、「富（とみ）がないと貢献できない」という意見に対し、「富があるから貢献できる」という意など様々な考えを聞くことができました！

グループディスカッションでは、テーマ以外にもインターンシップ先の企業でどんな仕事や業務をしたのか、お話しされていました。研修では、お互いに、「良いですねー！」などポジティブな意見や反応があり、とても良かったと思います^^

Hello everyone. Study Kyoto held an online “Post-training for International Students Internships’’ on November 6th. The participants shared their ideas about working in internships and so on!

I heard a lot of ideas from international students who attended to the internship program in this summer by Study Kyoto. In the post-training for the internship program, they organized the value words that they consider important. One of the responses to the opinion that “if you are not happy, you cannot contribute from the bottom of your heart”, the other opinion that “contribution is happy” and “In response to the opinion that I can’t contribute without wealth.” I was able to hear various ideas such as “I can contribute because I have wealth”!

In the deep discussions, they talked about their value words which they think the most important to work in their internships. They had positive comments for other people, and good reaction to the experiences. I think it was very good!! I will report on the internship ’’Achievement briefing session’’ at a later, so please look forward to read it! Thank you.
