～「外国人留学生対象GLOBAL JOB FAIR」に参加してきました in 20th March, 2019～

先日3/20（水）は京都国際交流会館kokokaにて、KyoTomorrow Academy共催の「グローバルジョブフェア京都（外国人留学生のための合同企業説明会）」が開催され、参加してきました！今回は有名な企業が集まり、多くの留学生が参加されました。会場にはKyoTomorrow Academyのイベントやセミナーに参加してくれた留学生の姿もありました。皆さんスーツ姿で、真剣に企業の方の話を聞いおられました。参加した留学生の中には、事業紹介が英語版もあれば、より理解が深まるとの声もありました。貴重な意見として、KTAでも今後イベントを開催する際の参考にさせていただきたいと思います。参加された留学生の皆さん、お疲れ様でした。また留学生向け就活イベントや、KTAのイベントでお会いできるのを楽しみにしています！

In this Tuesday, I joined the Global Job Fair for foreign students at Kyoto International Community House (kokoka). Thank you for inviting me to join this great event. I was very happy to meet the students who had joined our KyoTomorrowAcandemy’s event before. I met some of the students and my friends were wearing a suit and they were listening to the company’s presentation very seriously, and it was a very good mood. Also, I heard some of the students said that “It was very hard to listen to the company’s presentation in all Japanese! So, if they had a staff who can speak English, it would be nice.” I thought we need to think about the language problem in all kinds of events we have for international students. Thank you for coming to this event and Otsukaresama deshita!
