What is attractive about studying in Kyoto?
I chose Kyoto because it’s a place where you can learn about a lot of Japanese things.
It’s also a good, calm place for studying.
How has your impression of Kyoto changed since coming here?
At first, I thought Kyoto would be an austere place, since it’s an old city, but when I came here, I found it was very much the opposite.
Everyone is very kind and friendly.
Also, it’s easier to travel around here than in Tokyo, so it’s convenient.
Message to students in your home country thinking about studying abroad.
You never know when an opportunity will come, so if you think you’ve found an opportunity, you should grab it right away.
