Many school use a combination of exams include the EJU and JLPT for their entrance examination. For information on each school's entrance examination, confirm with the school.

Below are the two exams the majority of international students must take.
● Examination for Japanese University Admission for International Students (EJU)
It is an exam which measures Japanese ability and basic academic skills (science, core subjects, mathematics), and is used by universities (undergraduate) as an admissions test. You do not need to come to Japan to sit the exam, and it can be taken in 17 cities in 14 countries. Please select the subjects specified by your school of choice and sit the exam.

●Japanese-Language Proficiency Test (JLPT)
It is a test to measure and certify Japanese ability of people who are not native speakers of Japanese. It is used by various schools as a prerequisite for sitting the entrance examination, and it can be taken either in Japan or overseas.
It has a variety benefits, such as being recognized as school units or graduation qualifications, as well as preferential treatment at companies and social qualifications.
